Shipping Policy
Shipping method, freight, destination, and expected handling details are confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, or order communication.
Before shipment
Buyers should provide an accurate company name, contact person, delivery address, telephone number, destination country or region, and any known import or documentation requirements. Additional destination review may be required before an order is accepted.
Freight and delivery timing
Freight may be listed separately or included in the PI as agreed. Delivery timing is an estimate until product availability, payment, carrier booking, customs requirements, and destination conditions have been confirmed.
Tracking and delivery issues
Where available, shipment and tracking information is provided through order communication. Buyers should report visible package damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies promptly with photos and the relevant PI or tracking number.
