Can customers buy directly from the website?
No. This website is a public product catalog and company information site. Customers request a quote first, and payment is available only after manual review and PI creation.
What products does Camnova supply?
We supply physical medical equipment parts, accessories, replacement components, cables, connectors, and selected support parts for professional B2B procurement.
Do you sell medicine or provide medical services?
No. We do not sell pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs, supplements, or controlled substances. We also do not provide diagnosis, treatment, telemedicine, patient consultation, or medical advice.
How does PI payment work?
After order review, a proforma invoice is created with a fixed PI number, customer record, currency, amount, product lines, and payment instructions. The portal payment page is tied to that reviewed PI.
Why do some pages use representative images?
The public catalog is being built in controlled batches. Some category or product pages may use representative catalog images until individual SKU photography is approved. Final product details are confirmed during quotation review.
Are product compatibility references official endorsements?
No. Compatibility references are used to help professional buyers identify product requirements. They do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or original-equipment manufacturer status unless expressly stated in a quotation.
What if the part I need is not listed?
Send the known SKU, product description, equipment family, and quantity to sales. The public catalog contains selected products and does not represent every part we may be able to quote.
