Manual B2B payment workflow

Paying a reviewed proforma invoice

Camnova uses the customer portal for reviewed B2B quotations and proforma invoice payments. Customers cannot freely add products to a cart and pay without manual review.

Customer inquiry

A business customer contacts sales or requests a quotation for selected equipment parts.

Manual review

Sales reviews the product, customer, destination, compatibility, and order context before payment.

Proforma invoice

A PI is generated with a fixed invoice number, amount, currency, product lines, and customer record.

PI-linked payment

The customer pays through the PI page or bank transfer. There is no open self-checkout cart.

Fulfillment evidence

After confirmation, shipment, tracking, and fulfillment records are retained for the order.

Audit trail

Each payment can be traced back to a named customer, PI, communication, and shipment record.

Payment and order records

Portal payments are invoice-based and manually reviewed. Each payment link is connected to a specific PI number, customer, currency, and amount due. Customers may also use bank transfer and upload payment slips through the portal.

Our bank details are never changed by email. If a message asks you to pay a different account, do not pay: check the bank details on your PI in the portal or contact us first.

  • A payment page is created only after a reviewed quotation or proforma invoice.
  • The PI number, customer identity, currency, amount due, and order communication are retained.
  • There is no open cart, anonymous checkout, subscription billing, or stored-value balance.
  • Camnova receives payment for its own reviewed product orders, not for third-party sellers.

Relationship to this catalog

This website explains the public product catalog, company identity, policies, and order review boundary. The customer portal is where approved customers view the reviewed PI and complete payment.
